Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great location, close to shops and restaurants, and offers convenient access to transport links. The rooms, while a bit warm initially, were clean and comfortable. The service, despite some initial hiccups, was friendly and communicative. The dining experience, typical for the area, was satisfactory. The hotel's facilities were functional and met our basic needs.
The hotel has a modern look but has been a little neglected. It was nice and comfortable overall, but the ongoing construction was disappointing as I wanted to watch the Champions League semi-finals. The location is very good and close to Hounslow Central Station, making it convenient, but not very close to the city center.
The hotel had well-equipped and clean rooms with a beautiful street view from the big French style window, perfect for enjoying coffee. However, the small room size might be an issue if you have a lot of luggage. The service was lacking in customer care and assistance. The location was convenient for Heathrow airport but far from the town center. The dining options were decent but could use more variety at breakfast. Overall, it was a decent stay, but not worth the high price.
The hotel is ideally located near Hounslow high street, making it convenient for exploring the town. While the rooms were nicely clean and spacious, the absence of Sky TV was a letdown. The staff's unprofessional behavior during a birthday celebration tainted the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixture of comfort and disappointment. The rooms were a bit worn out and stuffy, lacking cleanliness and amenities, but they were still quite cozy. The staff, especially Mr Sheikh, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay enjoyable despite some issues. The location was perfect for accessing Heathro afterno I found the service to be friendly and accommodating throughout.
The hotel offers spacious, clean, and very comfortable rooms at a great price. The gym and pool are excellent amenities, though they can get busy. The breakfast is average, but the overall value makes it worth a return visit. The quiet ambiance ensures a restful night's sleep before a day of travel.
